Card Lookup Tool
The card lookup tool allows administrators with access to the Administrator's Portal to find specific cards and remove them from a user's account.
After navigating to the Card Lookup menu, either enter the card into the reader or manually enter the card's serial number into the field provided.

Once the card has been found, administrators can choose to Recycle Card, essentially detaching it from use with the previous user.
