Choosing a method
Users can only authenticate with methods that are actively enrolled. If a method is assigned to a set but has not been enrolled by the user, that method will not display as an option.
After authenticating, users can view their actively enrolled methods. If additional methods of a set are not actively enrolled, users can choose to enroll that method.
